serves 4 as a side salad or a light starter
- 3 big or 4 mid-sized red sweet peppers (paprika, poivron)
- 4-5 spring onions (slim Chinese, by preference)
- vinaigrette:
- 3 tblsps of rice vinegar
- 2 tblsps of soy sauce
- 2 tblsps of neutral oil
- 3 tblsps of sesame oi
- 2 tblsps of roasted sesame seeds
Cut peppers and spring onions (with the green) into pieces. Make vinaigrette, mix. Cover with with sesame seeds. Enjoy.
