- 250 gr of real parmesan cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano)
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Grate the cheese. With a tablespoon, put nine portions on a baking tray, covered with non-stick baking paper. Flatten and form discs (see picture for size). Put in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes; trust your feelings whether they’re done or not. The picture is misleading though: the discs should be well browned, otherwise they’re not crunchy!
