In Normandy, Easter is a lobster’s tale…

…a crab story or a song of oysters, sea snails and cockles. I’ve just finished my grand Easter lunch at “La Trinquette” in Grandcamp, the best restaurant around, they’ve served a festive, two and a half hours meal in a very French, very traditional setting.
Shellfish, mussles, seafood, then lamb, then cheese and sweets, I’m done for the rest of the day I must say yet happily stuffed, deeply satisfied – and a bit sleepy… Have a happy Easter, too, wherever you roam!
